ENSEIRB accepts a very limited number of students (less than 10%) on the basis of diplomas, either at the level of the first year of studies (for most applicants) or at the level of the second year (for applicants with a Bachelor of Sciences or french "Maitrise" or equivalent): only the best students have a chance to enter ENSEIRB through this route.

Some countries deliver the same diplomas as mentioned in the above page, with a recognized equivalence. If you fall in that category, you should download the form corresponding to the branch of your choice (among those available), print it, fill it, and return it to ENSEIRB scolarity services (please specify "Service de la Scolarité" next to ENSEIRB on your envelope). You may check the on line "course programs" to decide which branch to apply for.
If you do not fall in any category, you can still make an application (containing as much relevant data on your backgrounds and diplomas as you can, including proofs of these diplomas).
