Herewith I ask the International Office of the Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main to arrange and reserve a room in a student residence for me for the semester(s) I apply for. I am aware that the Fachhochschule Frqnkfurt am Main cannot guarantee a room for each student who applied for one.

o winter semester (Sept.1 – January 31) o summer semester (Feb. 1 – July 31)

1. I am committed to paying the rent for the reserved renting period, even if I move in later or leave earlier.
2. The reservation will only be made if I pay a deposit of 250 euro in advance.
1. If I wish to prolong my stay in Frankfurt over the above indicated period of time, I am obliged to arrange accommodation myself.
2. In case I do not need the room (e.g. because I found private accommodation or cancelled my coming to Frankfurt), I have to inform the International Office at least two months before, otherwise I will have to pay the loss of rent.
3. I have been informed that that most residences in Frankfurt are not brand new and the rooms have a medium standard. Rooms are furnished single rooms with self-catering (community kitchen and showers).
